Candidates who wish to get admission to the post graduate diploma program in management can collect the institute application kit from any one of the ITM campuses on payment of Rs 200. The kits are also available from all IMS Learning Centers, Professional Tutorials Centers and T.I.M.E Centers.
Candidates can alternatively collect the forms by sending a cheque or Demand Draft of Rs 200 drawn in favor of Institute for Technology and Management through post. The forms can also be downloaded from the official website of Warangal Institute of Management, Warangal. The completed forms have to be sent to the admission department of the institute within the stipulated time.
Along with the application form, the following documents have to be sent:
- DD of Rs. 800 drawn in favor of Institute for Technology and Management, payable at Mumbai.
- Xerox copies of all mark sheets
- Photocopies of CAT/XAT/GMAT admit cards
- Attested copy of your test score card.
- Xerox of proof of work experience, if any
- A medical record form
- Scholarship form (if applicable)
- 6 address labels
- Six passport photographs
