Admission to SDM Institute for Management Development, Mysore
- Candidates who wish to get admission to the PGDM program offered by the institute are required to have a minimum of a three-year bachelor's degree or its equivalent degree in any discipline. The degrees should be recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
- Candidates are required to have attained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their bachelor degrees.
- Candidates who are sitting for the final year can also apply subject to the condition that they complete their degree final examination before the month of June of that particular session year.
- Candidates are selected on the basis of the scores attained by the candidate in the Common Admission Test (CAT), conducted by IIMs. The selected candidates are called for the group discussion followed by the personal interview.
Application Procedure
Interested candidates can obtain the application forms from the SDM Institute for Management Development, Mysore campus or from centers of IIMS, T.I.M.E., Career Forum and PT Education. Candidates have to provide a payment of Rs. 950, either in person or by post. In case sending by post, candidates have to send a DD for Rs 950 drawn in favor of SDM Institute for Management Development, payable at Mysore.
Students who are appearing for the final examination of Bachelor degree in April / May, 2009 may also apply for the course.
