Admission Criteria
- Candidates who wish to take admission to various management programs offered by the institute are required to appear for the MAT, CAT or ATMA. Candidates have to specify IIAM as their preferred choice in the tests.
- Overseas candidates who wish to apply for admission to IIAM and those who are unable to sit for the entrance tests can be chosen based on a special entrance tests conducted by IAM.
- Prospective candidates are required to have at least a bachelor's degree which is recognized by all Indian Universities. Candidates can have the degrees in the fields of commerce, arts, science, engineering, agriculture or any other discipline.
- Candidates who will be appearing for the final year bachelor's degree examination can also apply for admission in that particular year. But the admission is subject to the candidate passing the pre-qualifying exam.
- Candidates are marked by the institute on a scale of 100 which is divide as 30 % for bachelor exam marks, 30 % for entrance test marks, 20 % for group discussion and 20 % for interview. To qualify for admission, the candidate has to score a minimum of 50%.
Application Procedure
- Interested candidates have to pick up the application form and prospectus for admission into IIAM from the office of the Director. For purchasing the form, a payment of Rs. 400, which is non-refundable, has to be paid.
- The candidate has to send filled up application form back to the institute within the stipulated time specified by the institute.
- Candidates who attain the cut off marks in MAT / ATMA / CAT / IIAM special test are called for the interview and group discussion.
- Candidates who are offered admission are required to pay the first semester tuition fee (non refundable) on the day of selection.
