Admission to Institute of Business Management & Technology, Bangalore
- Candidates who wish to get admission to various post graduate programs need to meet the below criteria:
- Candidates are required to have at least a graduate or its equivalent degree in the fields of science, commerce, arts or engineering. Candidates having a diploma certificate in any one of the fields can also apply.
- Candidates have to submit their scores in AIMATS, AIMET, ATMA, CAT or XAT.
- Candidates who do not have English language as their mother tongue need to produce their score in the Test for English as a Foreign Language (TOFEL), BEC or any other proof that shows their proficiency in the language.
- The college offers special consideration to women candidates and candidates from North Eastern states. Minorities and weaker sections of society are also considered on special criteria.
- The college provides special considerations for candidates who are backed by industries and business organizations.
Application Procedure
Candidates who wish to get admission to the programs offered by the institute are required to get the application form and the information brochure from the Admission Office of the Institute. You can get the forms on payment of Rs 650 as a DD payable to IBMT at Bangalore.
Candidates can also otherwise download the application form from the college website – www.ibmtedu.org/www.ibmtedu.com.
The filled up forms have to be sent via courier, registered mail or by speed post along with a demand draft for Rs.650 to the Institute of Business Management & Technology payable at Bangalore, India.
Along with the application forms the following documents have to be provided:
- Photocopies of all degrees and diplomas certificates that the candidate has been awarded from his or her college or University. Candidates appearing for their final examinations are required to submit a copy of the marks sheet of their last examination.
- Two passport size photographs
- The letter of sponsorship if the candidate is being sponsored.
- A self-addressed envelope along with postage stamps of Rs.25.
