Eligibility and Admission procedure in Institute for Technology and Management, Bangalore
PGDM
- Graduates from any recognized university with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply.
- Final year graduation students are also free to apply.
- The institution accepts the test scores of CAT, XAT and GMAT.
- The scores are assessed during the time of admission.
- An attested photocopy of the score card and application form should be submitted together.
- The application kit can be collected in person from the selected centers on payment of a cash amount of Rs.200.
- Application forms can also be collected through post by sending a demand draft of Rs. 200 drawn in favor of “Institute for Technology and Management” to the Admission Coordinator (PGDM 2009-10), Institute for Technology and Management, 25/26 Institutional Area, Sector 4, Kharghar (East), Navi Mumbai-410210, India.
- Forms can also be downloaded from the official site. A demand draft of Rs. 1000 along with the completed application form should be sent to the mentioned address.
- Candidates seeking admission to this course need to use separate application forms for ITM and CAT.
- The application forms should be sent along with the following documents-DD of Rs.800 as processing fee; photocopies of mark sheets; XAT/CAT/GMAT admit card copy, attested photocopy score card and others.
- Admission depends on multiple factors like overall academic record, competitive exam score, work experience, extra curricular activities, group discussion, personal interview and quality of the answers written in the form.
Bachelor of Science-Hospitality Studies
- 10+2 qualified candidates from any recognized board or University with at least an aggregate of 50% marks.
Bachelor in International Hospitality Management
- 10+2 pass candidates with an aggregate of at least 50% marks.
- They can also be asked to sit for an entrance test
Chef Diploma Program
Candidates who have qualified the 12th standard from any recognized state board or university
Ph.D Degree in Management
Candidates with a master’s degree in pharmacy/commerce/technology/ humanities/management/architecture/science or engineering with not less than 60% marks from any recognized university.
